Take part in one of the most traditional Aboriginal activities - the walkabout - with this guided day tour through the wonders of the World Heritage protected Daintree Rainforest that also includes a scenic, revealing cruise on the Daintree River! After being picked up from your Port Douglas accommodation, you'll be taken on an environmental and spiritual journey through this ancient, lush rainforest to iconic Mossman Gorge as your indigenous guide expertly navigates the incredible foliage and takes you to witness the array of local highlights contained within.

Throughout the adventure you'll be taken down easy yet secluded forest tracks to a series of culturally significant - and incredibly beautiful - sites, each with their own unique natural charm. Pass over cool, flowing streams, learn about bush tucker, hear interpretations of Dreamtime legends and much, much more.

Pause to enjoy a scrumptious morning tea with traditional Aussie damper, then press on for more sightseeing before enjoying a deliciously prepared Barramundi Lunch. Make the most of your time in Tropical North QLD - book a Daintree walkabout tour and cruise package online today!

There are other lunch options available if you don't particularly like Barramundi, you just need to ask on the day of your tour. Sunscreen, insect repellant and water is recommended as it can get quite hot in the rainforest.
